Removed argument ierr of abort_gcm. It was always 1 and not used.

Just encapsulated pres2lev into a module.

Removed test on run_off in procedure calcul_fluxs. Useless. The test
is always done just before in interfsurf_hq.

Removed named constants rea and repsm in module suphec: never used.
