Revision 260

In procedures leapfrog, caldyn and integrd, in revision 47, I had
renamed du to dudyn because it was the name used in physiq. But in
revision 90, I removed argument dudyn of physiq. So clearer now to go
back to the name du, analoguous to dv (as in LMDZ).
