GNUmakefile does not depend on `settings.mk`.
Rename argument precip1 of `cv_driver` to rain, matching the name of the
corresponding actual argument in concvl.
Add Netcdf variable pmflxr to history file, following LMDZ.
In procedure phyetat0, no need for intermediary variable fractint.
