DYNAMICO Documentation

We are progressively adding Doxygen-formatted inline documentation to DYNAMICO. Meanwhile Doxygen-generated documentation for the full, undocumented DYNAMICO code is available for recent releases. This comes with some caveats :

• *.F90 source files are preprocessed before running Doxygen. The resulting *.f90 are slighlty different from the corresponding *.F90
• Doxygen does not seem to understand USE MODULE, ONLY : NEW_NAME => MODULE_NAME which somewhat breaks call and caller graphs
