Modify lmdz.card/lmdz.driver/config.def to fit with last LMDZ revision (1729)

  • move ok_ade, ok_aie, read_climoz from lmdz.driver to lmdz.card
  • add parameter ok_cdnc (cloud droplet number concentration) in lmdz.card to agree with rev1712 from LMDZ
  • add flag_aerosol in lmdz.card to agree with rev1667 from LMDZ
