Changed name for file physiq.def as this file changed name in previous commit.
create_etat0_limit is always used with parameters for old physics.

To start a simulation with LMDZ using new physics, use a restart file
from a previous simulation using the old physics, a simulation that has
run for at least one month at the same resolution. To stablilize the
model, it might be necessary to use purmats=y for the first couple of
days or a month.
