Update version of limit.nc and start/startphy files : now use the same as in IPSLCM6.0.10 and later.

  • the o2a_v3.nc is used
  • the option no_ter_antartique=y : which means not land points on the antartic coast
  • new version of AMIP from 2017 is used.
