Set a default value for solaire parameter to make it easier to run a configuration without having the file SOLARANDVOLCANOES.txt. Remember that the parameter solaire is only used by LMDZ for older physics. For new phyiscs, the file SOLARANDVOLCANOES.txt can be removed without any consequences from lmdz.card.
