Update LMDZOR_v6 configuration as done in IPSLCM6:

  • Use LMDZ_Physics=NPv6.1
  • Activate COSP
  • iodef.xml as commit [3658]
  • iflag_phytrac=0 and removed Aga tracer to speed up the run
