Activate new downregulation parametrization in configurations v6.2 available in ORCHIDEE_2_2 from revision 6393 and later. For earlier revisions, this option will not change the model. For more information see ticket ​http://forge.ipsl.jussieu.fr/orchidee/ticket/641
