Update CREATE experiments by changing the name for files Relief.nc and landiceref.nc due to suppression of these files on the shared repository.

Relief.nc and landiceref.nc were previsouly linking to the files Relief_GMTED2010_15n015_00625deg_plus_GA.nc and landiceref_GA_HR.new.nc but have now been removed(this morning). Therfore, this change doesn't impact the results.
