In the "aer", "anthro", "spAer-aer" and "spAer-anthro" experiments, anthropic aerosols must be taken into account.

In piClim-aer and piClim-anthro, we use INCA's "all aerosols", with flag_aerosol=6 in lmdz.card. 
       To make the model take into account the anthropic aerosols listed in lmdz.card, aer_type must be different from "preind".

In the "spAer" experiments (*spAer-aer and *spAer-anthro), the MAC aerosols are used: flag_aerosol=7 in lmdz.card.
    When using Mac aerosols for a given year (2014 in RFMIP timeslice experiments), 
    the value of aer_type can be "preind" or "actuel" in PARAM/config.def_*, it doesn't matter.
    Here we use config.def_preind, as defined by ConfType in lmdz.card, and aer_type is changed from "preind" to "annuel", but the change wasn't necessary.
