Simulation with double call to radiation for MACv2 aerosols,
in order to calculate IRF (present_day - preindustrial).

Note the differences between COMP/lmdz.card and lmdz.card_orig, 
especially the use of PARAM/*.xml_2RadCall files (with the group "fields_irf_aer_CMIPstyle" activated therein) 
and the post-processing (TS_MO) for IRF variables (with irf* names instead of the native "tospswad, topswai…").
