Quality Control for IPSLCM6 :

Check the reproducibility of the year N+1 when restarting from the end of year N for a new simulation.

A work around has been introduced for IPSLCM6.0.10-LR : [3193]
To have strict reproducibility after a restart, let use in COMP/opa9.card : 

	Reproducibility_after_restart= y

It forces kt000=kt read from restart file +1 .
