Periodicity bug in MOSAIX

Description
In Oasis input file masks.nc, the periodicity points are not masked (east-west and north pole folding). They should be. This bug at least affects the runoff global conservation.
To do:
- Masks periodicity points
- Check if this has an impact on the weights itself
