2 NEC SX-8 nodes at IDRIS (brodie) and CCRT (mercure)

Adaptation, test and evaluation of performances on more than 1 node on NEC SX-8 at IDRIS (brodie) and CCRT (mercure) of IPSLCM4_v2 configuration.

First investigation is OK :

mpiexec -host 0 -n 1 oasis.ksh : -host 0 -n 1 lmdz.ksh : -host 1 -n 1 opa.ksh

avec par ex un oasis.ksh de la forme :

#!/usr/bin/ksh
./oasis > oasis_out 

Next step is to include that for IPSLCM5 configuration (with NEMO).

This improvment is postponed since on SX8 and SX9 we still use less than 8 CPUs.
