Utility to generate interpolation weights for OASIS-MCT

This utility is obsolete and should not be used for new configuration. You must use Mosaix instead.

• Read mask, grid and areas files, at OASIS format Convention for mask are those of Oasis : 0 for sea, 1 for land.

• Generates interpolation weights.

• Writes them at Oasis-MCT format.

• Writes some diagnostic fields in NetCDF format.
