    118118The script running 'ccc_tree' with the proper inputs is 'script_v2_manual.sh'. It can take a while to execute therefore it should be launched from IRENE computer in a screen session.  
    119119 - `screen -S ccc_tree_session` 
    120  - `./script_v2_manual.sh` then provide the appropriate path and file name (without the date) for the script to log the correct outputs of the ccc_tree command. 
     120 - `bash $GENCMIP6_CCCHOME/../dupontel/tests_dmp/script_v2_manual.sh` then provide the appropriate path and file name (without the date) for the script to log the correct outputs of the ccc_tree command. 
    121121 - `exit` to quit the screen session.
