Tag libIGCM_v2.5. This version brings several bug fixes and paves the road towards metrics handling within libIGCM.
- On Ada : restarting from tar files was broken due to uncommunicated system change
- On Curie : remove usage of tmpfile_$$ causing spurious failure due to filesystem instability
- On Curie : we need to "/bin/sync" once per rebuild job to avoid potential empty blocks in the resulting files
- On Curie : we now rebuild on standard node using RAM high speed disk partition ; 250GB/node. Much faster
- On Curie : when using gencmip6 allocation ins_job will choose appropriate post-processing nodes
- On obelix : fix big brother behavious on this machine. Way too many messages were sent from this machine
- Fix cdo call. cdo produced segfault when yearly averaging netcdf4 files
- Some issues fixed with Big Brother. Smaller messages are sent. Less messages are sent.
- Enhanced headers and comments
