Tag libIGCM_v2.6.

• A first set of metrics is produced for LMDz and available from the notebook right away
• ciclad is supported. Everything but ATLAS
• On Curie : we use netcdf4.3.3.1_hdf5_parallel
• On Ada : use the intel/2013.0 environment
• On Curie : cores assignment; back to the previous "standard" method
• Optimized nco calls. Need nco > 4.2.0
• Supervize post-processing jobs
• Major refactoring of libIGCM_sys*
• Add an optional flag for the [Post] section of config.card : IgnoreNonMonotonic?
• Bug fixes, clean up
