Tag libIGCM_v2.8.1.

  • Use CMIP6 storage when using CMIP6 computing resources
  • Use devcmip6 instead of gencmip6
  • Add default priority "-U medium" wihitn AA_job
  • Per core : seperate standard output and error output. Not enabled on Ada.
  • ins_job can switch between INTEL and IBM execution environment
  • Climserv fully support MPMD/SPMD/MPI/OMP
