Tag libIGCM_v2.1 is mainly a consolidation release. There are not much new features.
- support for hindcast/forecast
- libIGCM message should be clearer
- further enhance supervisor side of things
- libIGCM instrumentation done by CEA audit has been integrated (all machines)
- instrumenation informations are available for the supervisor
- better support for Ada (RunChecker? and TimeSeriesChecker?)
- more cohenrency checks has been integrated
- DodsCopy? option has been added to decide whether or not we want dods access
- Bug fixes
- code cleanup
