• Create tag libIGCM_v2.0

• add obelix system library and repair default system library
• finalyze hincast/forecast mode
• encapsulate hindcast/forecast related tasks into new functions (libIGCM_ensemble)
• All post-processing steps are working on Ada
• Able to run MPI/OpenMP when only one binary is used (Curie and Ada)
• Cyclic forcing functionnalities added
• Adjustement to SpaceName=TEST behaviour
• On Curie, ins_job sets up the project ID
