Description	Putting a Y rather than a y as a flag to OverRule? in the config.card of a simulation does not make the simulation start from pre-existing restart files as I expected. It is clearly stated that you should set the flag to y in the comments above the appropriate line in the config.card file but should a Y value be allowed?

Description	In order to give more possibilities to configuration users, it should be suitable to decentralized post-treatments sources. Then Order : 1) optionnel option in {compname}.card/[Post_histfile] 2) if ${SUBMIT_DIR}/POST exist => find monitoring_${compname}.cfg in POST (exact syntax ?) Question with atlas_${compname}.cfg in POST and AA_atlas_GENERIC.job in libIGCM_post/ : Is it possible to have a generic job for ATLAS ? 3) else, we find standard MONITORING and ATLAS in global atlas directory.
