On curie/TGCC add a reservation for 4 or 8 cores on xlarge node

Description
To avoid a saturation (specially on SCRATCHDIR) during post-processing jobs on 128 cores xlarge nodes of curie, reserve 4 (or 8) cores instead of only 1. Doing so will help to reduce the number of simultaneous running job. 128 is too much, 32 ie 128/4 will probably be better. If not enough let try 128/8 ie 16 jobs as a maximum on one xlarge node. Useless on curie's standard node. Add -c 4 option in the header.
