Load NEMO_TMP into vendor/nemo/current.

1	Generates automatic documentation: in ADM/DOC_SCRIPTS
2	Pre requisite: to have sphinx installed
3	Input file is in ADM/DOC_SCRIPTS/sphinx/conf.py to be checked/modifies by user

5	Once the input file is set up, run:
6	cd ADM/DOC_SCRIPTS
7	gmake -f makefile_compile before
8	gmake -f makefile_compile man_pdf
9	to generate documentation in pdf in ADM/DOC_SCRIPTS/doc/manuals/pdf/sphinx
