Add new folder 'logos' in /utils to make available in one place the logos of the NEMO institute
The idea is to have an archive for each institute with the different versions of its logo (BW/color, format, resolution, alternatives) in order to easily build or update a banner of the NEMO institutes depending of its purpose (web or document)
Initiate the folder with the last archive from CNRS communication service: .eps and .gif in BW/color
