  1. timing_stop is not called if l_diaptr == .FALSE.
  2. The "zosrf" diagnostic outputs the wrong data (the 3D surface area, instead of the zonal integral of this quantity) because the result is only defined on one i row.
  3. btmsk is undefined if "subbasins.nc" does not exist

Context

When using SAS with OASIS, both SAS and OCE components try to write control prints in the same files (time.step, run.stat, timing.output), producing mixed up unusable control files.

Analysis

SAS and OCE are using the same file names to write their ctl prints

Fix

Append a "_sas" to ctl files created by SAS component to avoid this problem. Add an optional argument to the timing_init routine to define a different file name when called by SAS
