Missing parameter in namelist_top

Description
A parameter - ln_top_euler - has been introduced in v3.5. It gives the possibility to choose the temporal integration scheme for TOP - use Euler time-stepping or not.
By default it is set to false in the code. For SMS model like PISCES or BFM it must be set to true in the namelist_top
