Description
- ORCA025.L75, multiproc coupled with ICB
- When working with processor elimination, after some iterations, the run holds due to a broken communication between processors. Apparently, the iceberg model is not compatible with processors elimination.
- The "hold" appears when transfering icebergs through the northfold in icblbc.F90.

Fixed by the rewrite of the iceberg exchange at the north-fold undertaken during 2014 developments (dev_r4743_NOC2_ZTS branch). See wiki:ticket/1367_NOC2_ZTS for details. Incorporated into the general merge branch (dev_MERGE_2014) @ revision 4947. Dead-locking has now been eliminated in both fully populated and land-elimination cases. The North-fold exchange for icebergs does not yet benefit from the ln_nnogather optimisation.
