wrong interpolation for Levitus climatologies

There is an error in the interpolation of the Levitus climatologies for salinity and temperature
on the ORCA grid.

Files data_1m_salinity_nomask.nc and data_1m_potential_temperature_nomask.nc (located at http://dods.idris.fr/reee512/NEMO) give bad values near the poles.

Look at figures Levitus_vosaline_1_D1.eps and Levitus_votemper_1_D1.eps.

They should be replaced by these files :
levitus98_phc_S_correc_1m_R2.nc
levitus98_phc_Tpot_correc_1m_ORCA_R2.nc

Look at figures PHC_vosaline_1_D1.eps and PHC_votemper_1_D1.eps.

The BILINEAR interpolation method from SAXO gives bad results near the poles in files : data_1m_potential_temperature_nomask.nc, data_1m_salinity_nomask.nc, sst_data.nc, sss_data.nc and flx.nc (only for SOCLIOPL clio rainfall).

Furthermore, precipitation data in flx.nc (CLIO_1m_0012_0112_clio.flx.nc) are based on an out-to-date climatology from Xie et Arkin 96. A much better climatology (at least for the Arctic) has been produced by Large et Yeager in 2004.

Correct files have been produced by using the IMOMS3 interpolation method from SAXO and are available at http://www.astr.ucl.ac.be/users/bouillon/ORCA2_LIM_V3_correc.tar
Salinity and temperature are from the PHC climatology (http://psc.apl.washington.edu/Climatology.html) and precipitations are from Large et Yeager 2004. Other fields are identical to those in flx.nc.

Other files from http://dodsp.idris.fr/reee512/NEMO/ORCA2_LIM_nemo_v3.tar such as ahmcoef, bathy_updated.nc, EMPave_old.dat, bathy_level.nc, geothermal_heating.nc, runoff_1m_nomask.nc, taux_1m.nc, bathy_meter.nc, coordinates.nc seem to be correct and have not been modified.

we took the corrected fields you proposed for both temperautre & salinity. They will be integrated in the tarfile data associated to the ORCA2_LIM configuration located on the DODS server as specified on the NEMO web site.
sst_data.nc & sss_data.nc files (used for the surface damping) have been extracted form these new files.

Files data_1m_salinity_nomask.nc and data_1m_potential_temperature_nomask.nc (located at http://dods.idris.fr/reee512/NEMO) give bad values near the poles.

Look at figures Levitus_vosaline_1_D1.eps and Levitus_votemper_1_D1.eps.
