Preview button when creating ticket

Description
Context
When creating a new ticket, if you click on the "Preview" button (action you usually do when you finish writing your ticket) all the nice description you wrote disappears...
This is more than frustrating...
Analysis
Once the ticket page is reloaded with the default description, the "restore form" is not accesible.
You must first click to restore the previous page and then, you should be able to access the "restore form" button.
Recommendation
Suppress the "Preview button" ???

Maintain this ticket system has really become a burden activity, every time I modify something I wonder if it will not break something else...
I disabled the plugin that was filtering the ticket fields and find a way to restore the fields filter with another one.
