Description
Context
on new Meteo-France HPC, new storage quotas are very limited on the backed-up partition where NEMO code is usually stored
Analysis
it is not possible to run SETTE tests on the same partition as the one where NEMO code is stored because there is not enough space and performances of the saved partition are bad
Fix
allow to run SETTE test in a custom directory outside of cfgs directory
