Description
Context
A fake atmosphere model is provided in the tools/TOYATM subdirectory in order to check the validity of the OASIS interface as provided in the CPL_OASIS NEMO test.
Some information is missing to be able to create the TOYATM executable
Analysis
OASIS library names provided in the arch file can not be taken into account when building the corresponding Makefile
Recommendation
To create a cpp_TOYATM.fcm file in TOYATM subdirectory, which contains: bld::tool::fppkeys key_oasis3
