Description
Enhancement:
# ensure restartability of TKE2 in coupled mode in saving additional fields in restart file; in this case no more need to call TKE2 at nitend+1 time step; imply to clean all modules using key_zdftke2 except in zdftke2.F90 itself
Bugs:
# use appropriate N2 time step, i.e. now time step for both the destruction term due to stratification & the lenght scale term and "before time step" for others
# when setting nn_pdl=1, the Richardson number must be computed using avm(:,:,:) in the numerator instead denominator
# use vertical scale factors when computing the shear production term & use correct weight factors when computing its mean at T-point
