ORCA2 potential error in ahm at the Equator

Description
In ORCA2, ahm is reduced in vicinity of the Equator to match the value of aht0.
Nevertheless, since ldf_dyn_init is call before ldf_tra_init (see opa.F90), the value of aht0 is not yet read in the namelist. The default value is thus used.
Since the default value IS the ORCA2 standard value, there is no error in the model results. Nevertheless, this should be corrected by inverting the 2 calls in opa.F90
