Description
There is a bug in LIM_SRC_3/limsbc.F90 at line 206-207.
As we want to do the mean between the current ocean surface velocity and the past ocean surface velocity, the line
zu_ico = u_ice(ji,jj) - 0.5 * ( ub(ji,jj,1) - ssu_mb(ji,jj) )
should be
zu_ico = u_ice(ji,jj) - 0.5 * ( ub(ji,jj,1) + ssu_mb(ji,jj) )
and the line
zv_ico = v_ice(ji,jj) - 0.5 * ( vb(ji,jj,1) - ssv_mb(ji,jj) )
should be
zv_ico = v_ice(ji,jj) - 0.5 * ( vb(ji,jj,1) + ssv_mb(ji,jj) )
The model is more stable with the bugfix.
