Description
Add a small OBC configuration called POMME for demonstration and test.
It is based on DRAKKAR ORCA025 experiment with a zoom in POMME area, and was initially developed by Charles Deltel.
Input files are there:
http://dodsp.idris.fr/reee512/NEMO/POMME_nemo_v3_2.tar
1- Add the configuration and associated fortran files
2- Add tests in NVTK in order to test OBC (at least computing aspects)
