Description

With double diffusion activated (key_zdfddm), avs (fsavs substitute ) is not initialized and computed only from jk=2 do jk=jpkm1, which leads to use undefined values at the bottom (/=0) for vertical diffusion. Note, in most of the case, the computer initialises it to 0 by itself, so the bug has no impact if you're lucky
Fix: initialise avs to rn_avmt0*tmask in zdfini.
