Motivation: Unconsistent bottom stress in 2d and 3d modes. From BOM code. Explicit bottom stress in barotropic equations/implicit in baroclinic equations ....

C.7 — Simple solar penetration scheme using KPAR
Motivation: Introduce a two bands solar attenuation scheme (Rochford et al, JGR 2001), simpler and cheaper than 4 bands one. The scheme uses climatological KPAR attenuation coefficient in order to take into account the spatial variation of the light penetration in the ocean.
