2010 Stream 3 (New features)

The stream 3 will consist in

(1) incorporating or developing improved ocean physics and numerics coming either from the NEMO community or from the NEMO team (Fox-Kemper param, revised bbl, Neptune effect, lateral mixing...)
(2) upgrading the surface forcing (new bulk formulea, better SSS restoring through the spectral nudging, simple light penetration, and a full reformulation of the surface fluxes)
(3) upgrading the sea-ice by embedding sea-ice inside the ocean and improving the LIM3 thermodynamics
