The stream 3 will consist in

(1) New ocean physics : incorporating or developing improved ocean physics and numerics coming either from the NEMO community or from the NEMO team

LOCEAN.9 - ocean physics updates (Conservative LF-AF, diurnal solar radiation, Fox-Kemper param., revised bbl)
NOCS.6 - Lateral ocean physics (Griffies operator and co.)
NOCS.10 - Neptune effect (Wang & Holloway JGR 2009)
UKMO.4 - Mixed laplacian-bilaplacian diffusion
UKMO.5 - Shapiro filtering

(2) Surface forcing : upgrading the surface forcing (new bulk formulea, better SSS restoring through the spectral nudging, simple light penetration, and a full reformulation of the surface fluxes)

MERCATOR.1 - ECUME bulk formulae
NOCS.11 - Implementation of spectral nudging (on SSS restoring)
MERCATOR.7 Simple solar penetration scheme using KPAR
NOCS.3 - Revisit of mass and salt fluxes

(3) Sea-ice development : upgrading the sea-ice by embedding sea-ice inside the ocean and improving the LIM3 thermodynamics
