INGV-04 NEMO validation and range of user support

Motivation: The white paper (chapter9) highlights the importance to address resources in considering the demands and expectations addressed by the users as well as the code validation
Status :
Main tasks: Contribute to the NEMO validation and range of user support as defined in the white paper. Design of the test case and documentation for the wave-current interaction modules. In order to test the wave-current coupling, INGV will use wave data achieved through the wave model WW3 (WaveWatchIII)
