2. Building input files

2.1 TOP input files: passive tracers initial conditions

interpolated on 1 degree regular grid; source: ???? Coralie ?

use interpolation-on-the-fly: weight files computed for 1°-Regular grid to eORCA025 and eORCA075. need to put them on shaconemo ( CBR )

2.2 PISCES input files:

2.2.1 build river files for PISCES when using coarsening

  1. output ocean dynamic runoff in a netcdf file at 0.25° resolution with XIOS and coarsene it 'offline' with offline coarsening tools

or
output ocean dynamic runoff in a netcdf file at 0.75° resolution with XIO when coarsening is activated

  1. collocalize 'BCG' runoff on this file at 0.75° resolution.

2.2.2 bathyfer et hydrofer

  1. create bathyfer at 0.25° resolution
  1. coarsene it 'offline' with offline coarsening tools

2.2.3 other

ndeposition, dust and solubility: need to be interpolated on model grid ( interpolation-on-the-fly not available ) need to put them on shaconemo ( CBR )
