__Guidelines for new ticket__
* For help or support, do not open a ticket,  use [forum:3 this dedicated forum] instead
* Before creating the ticket, check whether a similar issue has already been reported, search on tickets by typing a keyword in the 'Summary' field
Setting the fields
   * Select ticket type first: it will change the fields to complete
   * Version: 4.0-HEAD for all tickets on the up-to-date shared release or trunk for developers
   * Notification: set your email in [/prefs preferences], add in the 'Cc' field usernames or emails (hidden later).
   * 'Summary' and 'Description' are mandatory fields, 'Keywords' field is recommend for further querying with [/tags Tags].
