Guidelines for new ticket:

  • no support questions here
  • check whether a similar issue has already been reported
  • provide an email address (not publicly visible) or your username if you have already given it in your Trac profile (see 'Preferences')
  • mandatory ticket fields: 'Summary', 'Description', 'Type', 'Version', 'Priority' & 'Component
  • 'Keywords' field is highly recommend for further querying with Tags engine, an drop down list will help you to complete it
