Guidelines for new ticket:
- No support questions here
- Check whether a similar issue has already been reported
- Mandatory ticket fields: 'Summary', 'Description', 'Type', 'Version', 'Priority' & 'Component'. 'Keywords' field is highly recommend for further querying with Tags engine, an drop down list will help you to complete it
- Ticket notification: set your email in your Trac profile (see 'Preferences'), notify external users by adding their email (later obfuscated)
