v15 v16 54 54 - configuration ISOMIP novvl after 133 days: bgvolssh = ~1e-2 km3; bgsaline = ~2e-6 psu ; bgtemper = ~2e-6 °C 55 55 * Restartability tested with ISOMIP: Works only with key_ldfslp activated even if tra/dynldf_iso set to false !!!! if not key_ldfslp, see #1359: Restartability issue without key_ldfslp ticket. 56 * option compatibility with ice shelf cavity: 57 - STOP if ln_wave (could be a mask issue somewhere in wave module, not tested) 58 - STOP if ln_icebergs (could be a mask issue somewhere in iceberg module, not tested) 59 - STOP if not blk_core formulation (could be a mask issue somewhere in blk module, not tested) 60 - STOP if not traadv_cen2 or tvd advection scheme (could be a mask and a surface boundary condition issue, not tested) 61 - STOP if not zdfcst or zdftke mixing scheme (could be a mask and surface boundary condition issue, not tested) 56 62 57 63 === Bit Comparability === … … 76 82 * Which diagnostics have you altered and why have they changed? All these changes are mainly due to the fact that the surface layer is not always at jk=1 but jk=mikt(ji,jj). 77 83 - sst and sss are now defined as the temperature of the first wet cell. In case of ice shelf it is the cell at the ice/ocean interface. 78 - ocean bottom pressure, temptot and saltot are not ready (do not take into account weight of ice shelves, contribution of ssh are wrong beneath ice shelves) in diaar5 79 - in diaharm, maybe issue with a tmask(:,:,1) !!! I have to think about it. 80 - in diahsb, heat and salt conservation are wrong. Issue in the glob_sum(...wn(:,:,1)...). 81 - in diaptr maybe issue when computing the ovt. 84 - ocean bottom pressure now takes into account ice load (not tested) and total sal and temperature are corrected to works beneath ice shelf (not tested). 85 - in diaharm, I replace mask(:,:,1) by mask_i(:,:) but I am really not sure about it. 86 - diaptr should work as before. 82 87 83 88 ----
