This run is based on the PHC_8 one except on the way the wind stress and module are managed.[[BR]]
Wind stress seems to be too low (in PHC_8) in high latitudes compared to what we have in using standard [[BR]]
CLIO data this component is capital for the water mass formation & penetration in these areas so it must be increased.[[BR]]
So we do the following test:[[BR]]
- compute off-line the daily climatology of the fields (wndm.u)clim and (wndm.v)clim using 6hourly wind velocities.[[BR]]
- we use the wind module computed with the 6hourly wind velocities which is much more energetics than the one computed using climatological velocities.[[BR]]

Note that we don't substract the ocean/sea-ice velocities when computing the wind module since this last is now read.
