some bug corrections
check on offline Svalbard case that results are similar to Isabelle's version when Isabelle's flags activated
check on offline Svalbard case that convergence with the trunk when Isabelle's flags disactivated
attempt to simplify the flags
some work remains to be done:

  • continue simplification of flags
  • update with the trunk
  • check coupled to LMDZ
